MewNam

Tenant Admin — Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MewNam tenant administration console (the “Admin Console”) and the supporting platform services that power it (collectively, the “Service”). MewNam is a product of Space Salmon Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand (Tax ID 0-1055-69100-32-5), referred to in these Terms as “MewNam”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. The Service is intended for venue operators and their authorised staff (“Operator”, “you”, or “your”) who use MewNam to manage facility bookings, schedules, payments, customer records, and LINE messaging on their own behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for, sign in to, or otherwise use the Service.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an Operator account, accepting an invitation to join an existing tenant, or accessing the Admin Console at app.mewnam.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy that accompanies them.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.

2. The Service

The Service includes, without limitation:

  • The Admin Console web application used to configure venues, branches, facilities, schedules, prices, and team members.
  • The customer-facing booking surfaces (including the LINE LIFF booking app) operated under the Operator’s tenant.
  • Server-side APIs that record bookings, payments, payment slips, customer records, activity logs, and tenant configuration.
  • Optional integrations with LINE Messaging API, SMS providers (for OTP), email providers (for invitations and password resets), and object storage (for payment slip images).

We may release new features, change behaviour, or retire functionality from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that adversely affect the way you use the Service.

3. Eligibility and account registration

To use the Service you must be at least 20 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Thai law. Each Operator account is identified by an email address; passwords must be at least 8 characters and are stored only as a one-way hash. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and any administrator session confidential.

You must provide accurate registration details, keep them current, and notify us promptly if you suspect that your account has been compromised.

4. Tenants, branches, and team members

A tenant in MewNam represents a single venue operator. You may create branches, facilities, schedules, customers, and bookings within your tenant, and invite additional team members with the roles available in the Admin Console (for example, owner, manager, and staff). The owner of the tenant is responsible for the actions taken by every team member they invite. You may revoke a team member’s access at any time from the Team page.

You must not impersonate another business, claim a venue that you do not have authority to operate, or use a tenant slug that infringes a third party’s rights. Disputes between Operators (for example, two Operators claiming the same venue name or branch address) are resolved directly between the parties. MewNam may, at its discretion, freeze the affected tenant slug or branch identifier pending resolution but is not obliged to adjudicate ownership of any real-world venue. If your underlying legal entity changes (merger, restructuring, sale of the venue business), you must notify support@mewnam.com so we can update tenant ownership records; until updated, the registered tenant owner remains liable for all activity in the tenant.

5. Operator responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of venue, branch, facility, schedule, price, and policy information that you publish through the Service.
  • Honouring confirmed bookings made through the Service and resolving customer disputes about your bookings, payments, and refunds.
  • Compliance with all laws applicable to your business, including consumer protection, taxation, payment regulation, and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (“PDPA”).
  • Configuring and maintaining your own LINE Official Account, LINE Login channel, LIFF app, and PromptPay ID where you choose to use those features. You retain ownership of these credentials; MewNam stores them so that the Service can act on your behalf.
  • Confirming bookings within your venue’s policies and reconciling the payments you actually receive. Where your plan’s automatic slip verification is enabled, the Service may verify slips and confirm bookings on your behalf as a convenience; this does not transfer the responsibility above to MewNam — you remain responsible for confirming that funds were received and for handling any slip later found to be invalid (for example, a forged or recalled slip).

6. Customer data and your role as data controller

Customer records, bookings, payments, and payment slip images that are created through your tenant relate to your customers. You are the data controller of that information under the PDPA, and MewNam acts as your data processor. The Privacy Policy describes the technical and organisational measures MewNam applies and the sub-processors we use.

You must publish your own privacy notice to your customers, obtain any consents required by law, and respond to data subject requests received from your customers. You must not use the Service to collect or process special-category personal data (for example, health, biometric, or political-opinion data).

6.1 Data-processing obligations

To the extent MewNam processes personal data on your behalf, MewNam will:

  1. Documented instructions. Process personal data only on your documented instructions as expressed in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the standard configuration choices you make in the Admin Console. Where Thai law requires a different processing action, we will notify you (unless that law forbids it).
  2. Confidentiality. Ensure that persons authorised to process the personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are under an appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality.
  3. Security measures. Implement the technical and organisational measures described in the Privacy Policy §10 to protect the personal data, and update them as reasonably necessary.
  4. Sub-processors. Engage sub-processors only as described in the Privacy Policy §7, with prior notice to you for any material new sub-processor that processes personal data (see Privacy Policy §7 for the notification SLA and your objection window).
  5. Assistance with data-subject requests. Provide reasonable assistance — through appropriate technical and organisational measures, taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to MewNam — for you to respond to data-subject requests (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent).
  6. Breach notification. Notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting your tenant’s data, with the information you need to meet your own breach-notification obligations to the Personal Data Protection Committee and to your customers.
  7. End-of-engagement data handling. On termination of the Service, return or delete your tenant’s personal data in accordance with section 12 of these Terms, except where Thai law requires longer retention.
  8. Records and audit support. Maintain records of the categories of processing carried out on your behalf and make available, on reasonable written request and under a non-disclosure obligation, the information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with this section 6 — including, once per twelve (12) months, our most recent independent security-assessment summary (e.g., an SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 summary, when available).

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing attempts, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing through the LINE messaging features.
  • Upload viruses, malicious scripts, or any content that violates third-party rights.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise the Service, except to the extent that you charge your own customers for the bookings they make at your venue.

We may suspend or limit access to the Service if we reasonably believe that continued use poses a security, legal, or reputational risk to MewNam, other Operators, or end customers.

8. Fees, billing, and free trials

Fees, billing periods, included branches and facilities, and any free-trial limits are described on Pricing or in a separate written order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in Thai Baht and are exclusive of value-added tax. We may change fees on at least thirty (30) days’ notice; new fees apply from the next billing cycle.

Payment processor. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe Payments. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials on our servers; that data is collected and processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms of service. You will receive each invoice on a Stripe-hosted page and can pay using PromptPay or a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard). Bank transfer is not currently supported as a hosted payment method.

Receipts and tax invoices. Stripe generates an electronic payment receipt for each invoice; this Stripe document is a commercial receipt only and is not a Thai-format ใบกำกับภาษี. Space Salmon Co., Ltd. is not currently VAT-registered, so we do not issue VAT tax invoices. If you require a non-VAT receipt (ใบเสร็จรับเงิน) bearing our company name and Tax ID, email support@mewnam.com with your tenant slug and the Stripe invoice reference, and we will issue one within three (3) business days. We will update this clause to describe e-Tax Invoice issuance if and when Space Salmon Co., Ltd. becomes VAT-registered.

Free trial. Unless stated otherwise on the Pricing page, the free trial lasts thirty (30) days and requires no credit card to begin. The trial converts to the corresponding paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial. The first paid invoice is issued on the first day after the trial concludes.

Automated messaging and slip verification. Plans that include LINE notifications and automatic payment-slip verification provide these automated services subject to fair-use limits appropriate to a typical venue. If a plan’s fair-use limit is reached within a billing cycle, the automated services pause for the remainder of that cycle and bookings continue to be confirmed manually (slip review and on-screen confirmation) at no additional charge. You may optionally purchase additional usage (“top-ups”) to restore the automated services sooner; top-ups are charged through Stripe at the price shown at the time of purchase and are never auto-billed. The applicable fair-use limits and any top-up prices are shown on the Pricing page or in the Admin Console.

Chargebacks and disputes. If you have a billing problem or believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@mewnam.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a dispute or chargeback without first raising a support case may result in immediate suspension of your account and the automatic reversal (debit) of any purchased top-up credits associated with the disputed payment, pending resolution. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any legitimate billing issue.

Failure to pay when due may result in suspension of the Service. Suspended tenants retain their data for a reasonable cure period before deletion as described in section 12.

9. Service availability and support

We strive to keep the Service available 24 hours a day, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (LINE, SMS, email, payment, or storage providers), force majeure events, and Operator-side configuration errors may cause temporary interruptions. Support is provided in English and Thai by email at support@mewnam.com during business hours in the Asia/Bangkok time zone.

10. Intellectual property

MewNam and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, brand, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (venue information, customer data, payment slips, and so on). You grant MewNam a limited licence to host, transmit, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information using at least the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information of similar importance, and will not disclose it to third parties except to its employees, contractors, and sub-processors who need it to perform under these Terms.

12. Suspension, termination, and data export

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Admin Console or by writing to support@mewnam.com. We may suspend or terminate the Service if you materially breach these Terms (including non-payment) and do not cure the breach within fourteen (14) days of written notice.

After termination, we will retain your data for at least thirty (30) days so that you can export bookings, payments, and customer records. Export format and channel: the Admin Console provides a one-click CSV export covering bookings, payments, customers, branches, facilities, and the activity log for your tenant. The export is free of charge. If you cannot use the Admin Console (for example because access has been suspended for non-payment), email support@mewnam.com and we will deliver the same CSV bundle within seven (7) business days. After the retention window we will delete or anonymise your data, except where retention is required by law (for example, financial records under Thai tax law).

12.1 Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel any time. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Admin Console (Settings → Venue → Subscription) or by emailing support@mewnam.com.
  • Service continues through the end of the current billing cycle. When you cancel, your tenant remains active for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. No further charges are issued after that period ends.
  • All sales are final. Monthly subscription fees that have already been paid are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds, pro-rata refunds, or refunds for unused time within a billing cycle, except where a refund is required by mandatory Thai consumer-protection law.
  • Disputes. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@mewnam.com within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. We will investigate and, where the charge is in error, issue a correction.

This policy applies to subscription fees only. Customer-side booking payments collected by you from your end customers (for example, court reservation payments) are governed by your own cancellation and refund policy and are not handled by Space Salmon Co., Ltd. or by Stripe under your MewNam subscription.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MewNam is not responsible for the conduct of your customers, the accuracy of payment slips, the operation of LINE, SMS, email, or payment providers, or for any loss arising from your own configuration of the Service.

Space Salmon Co., Ltd.’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Bangkok, Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court with competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify the registered email address on the tenant owner’s account at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@mewnam.com. The registered entity behind the Service is Space Salmon Co., Ltd. (Thai company, Tax ID 0-1055-69100-32-5). Public contact details are listed at Contact us.

17. General provisions

  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Space Salmon Co., Ltd. concerning the Service.
  • Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets.
  • Survival. Clauses on confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, refunds, governing law, and contact survive termination.
  • Notices. Notices to us go to hello@mewnam.com; notices to you go to the registered email on your tenant.
  • No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
  • Independent parties. The parties are independent contractors; no agency, partnership, or employment is created.
